OUR BAKING LINES


Kay's Processing has two baking lines designed to manufacture pretzels, bread sticks and cookies. Our lines includes a complete dough mixer, extruder formers, and four various file manifolds.

The baking production line has the ability to deposit rock salt, sesame, or any other type of topping onto the dough and can produce 800 lbs. per hour of finished product. The product can then be coated, packaged in bulk (20 lb. box poly with liner) or further packaged to your packaging specifications.

The minimum production run of a single product from our baking line is 30,000 lbs. A first test run can be made of 10,000 lbs., but subsequent runs will be limited to 30,000 lbs. or over.
